Paying your bill is now easier thanks to Apelles? new partnership with Online Resources. Now there is a convenient payment option that allows you to pay your bill instantly over the phone for a minimal convenience fee. You can pay by check, Discover, Mastercard or Visa.

Here's how it works...

1. When prompted for the division id select from the options provided by simply using the key pad on your touchtone phone. Your division id is located on the Apelles letter you have received. If you don't know your division id please select option 3.
2. Then enter your Apelles account number followed by the # key.
3. Continue to follow the next few prompts to get to the payment options.
4. To make a payment using your checking account press 1.
5. To make a payment using one of the credit cards listed above press 2.

To make a payment by check, you will need:

• The check number of the check you will be using located in the upper right hand corner of the check.
• Your bank routing number. (see example)
• Your checking account number. (see example)

To make a payment by credit card, you will need:

• The credit card number.
• The 4 digit expiration date on your card using the first two digits for the month and the last two digits for the year.
