Contact: Mark Dunlap, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Westerville, OH, October 2003– Apelles LLC, a provider of outsourced collections and customer service solutions, announced today that the Westerville City Council voted 7-0 in favor of a five year tax-incentive plan for the Apelles facility, located in the Brooksedge office park in the southern portion of the city. The plan would allow Apelles to receive $62,865 over a five year period based on growth projections in the form of a 33% return of employee income taxes paid to the city at the end of each year for five years.
