APELLES ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF HR VETERAN

Westerville, Oh – Kim Cooper has been appointed Manager of Human Resources at Apelles, LLC, a premier provider of customer contact solutions nationwide, specializing in collections, accounts receivable management, and customer retention services.

Cooper has spent her entire career in human resource management, most recently as a Human Resources Consultant for the customer care and financial services call centers at Verizon Wireless, one of the largest providers of wireless communications in the world. Her responsibilities included developing staffing strategies, employee relations management, regulatory compliance, along with organizational development and training on a wide variety of topics.
